Eagle (1946)

Scale 1:144 for the longitudinal measurements and 1:192 for the vertical measurements. This mix of scales result in a distorted diagrammatical view of the island. Plan shows the island, as fitted of the Eagle class fleet aircraft carrier Eagle (1946). The drawing showing the section incident board on the vessel. This panel would be on the wall and would light up if an incident (such as fire, flooding or a injury) was reported in a specific location on board. A Devonport Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 19 March 1964 is printed on the plan.
