A group portrait of three crewman taken from on board the container ship Nedlloyd Maretania (1977). The crewman on the far right is named Ramos and is said to be from the Capr Verde Islands. A second crewman is named Walimuni and is said to be from Sri Lanka. It is uncertain, however which of the two crewmen the name relates to. This is Slide 39 of a series of slides detailing Captain H. Bird's service as Second Officer for the container ship Nedlloyd Maretania (1977) owned by H. Janssen of Bad Zwischenahn, Germany and chartered by the Royal Nedlloyd Group shipping company of Rotterdam from 9 June 1978 to 26 July 1978. This series consists of 53 slides.
