Scale 1:144 for the height measurements and 1:96 for the fore and athwartship measurements. This mix of scales result in a distorted diagramatical view of the decks. Plan shows the incident board for damage control on all decks for the Rothesay class frigate Plymouth (1959). The board would be lit up on the wall with different lights indicating which areas are active and which are inactive due to damage. A Devonport Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 28 July 1961 is printed on the drawing.
