The ketch barge Martinet (1912) at Margate, Kent.
A close port quarter view of the ketch barge Martinet (1912) alongside the pier at Margate, Kent. It is low tide and the ship is almost dried out. She is discharging coal using the quayside Priestman grab crane. The photographer is standing on the pier looking down, forward and to starboard showing the open hatch. Her stern and the tops of her masts are out of the picture. A large sign on the pier is advertising Jessie Wildon's Band performing on Sundays at 11, 3.30 and 8.
