Scilly Isles gig Gypsy at St Agnes

The gig Gypsy (1858) in a shed on St Agnes, is viewed from the starboard stern quarter looking upwards and along the hull. The view emphasises the depth of deadwood below the gig's narrow transom. Vertical marks on the starboard planking just ahead of the transom suggest a repair is under way.
