The Folkestone lugger Joan of Arc (regd FE15) is seen from ca. 50ft from the starboard stern quarter, aground on legs in Folkestone harbour at low tide. In front of the Joan of Arc the starboard side of the Folkestone lugger Happy Return (regd FE5) is visible. From the transom of the Joan of Arc, a stern mooring chain hangs from one of two holes.
