Selsey crabber LI49 Cuendolen at Littlehampton
A Selsey crabber, the Cuendolen, regd. LI49, is seen bow-on from below the level of its gunwales, moored at low water in Littlehampton harbour. The boat is leaning against the harbour wall, with part of its clinker planking reflected in the smooth water to starboard. From the stem a bowsprit projects towards the camera. Mast, shrouds, running rigging and a stowed foresail are all visible, as is a sail furled on the mast of a boat moored behind the Cuendolen, which has a flag, partly unfurled, at its masthead.
