The Hastings lugger Industry, regd RX94, also described in negative P75379, is seen here beached, from ahead of the bow. Nearest the camera is the forward end of the bowsprit to port of the stemhead, while other spars hang over the port gunwale, one with a tank or drum suspended from it. Over the port gunwale projects a trawl board. Chains for hauling the Industry up the beach are attached to the keel below the stem, which is thicker than the stem at that point. The image emphasises the RX94's clinker planking and almost vertical topsides above water level.
