Sri Lankan people stood on the seashore at Trincomalee

Eight people, including adults and children, can be seen standing in a line on a beach in the centre of the photograph. Another figure can be seen to the left of the image, closer to the sea and standing next to an object on legs. On the right of the image and further from the camera, is a another group, composed of four people standing in a line. There are two buildings made of dried grass or leaves, or other natural materials, to the far right of the image, with palm trees behind. Original caption (beneath the photograph, typed): ‘SEASHORE WITH NATIVE HUTS, TRINCOMOLI [sic]’.
