HMS 'Glasgow'
Inscribed 'Glasgow' by the artist, lower right. The 2nd-class four-stacker cruiser 'Glasgow' (1909) is shown here stripped of her armament, masts and boats, probably in early 1927. She was sold to Ward of Morecambe for scrap on 29 April 1927 but as a naval trawler, two gunnery target rafts and a destroyer in commission are alongside, the location is presumably naval, before the 'Glasgow' left for scrapping.
