Standing in front of a rocky cliff, he grasps the hilt of his sword in his right hand and holds a baton of command in his right. In the background, a ship flying a commodore’s broad pennant fires its guns. Lettered beneath the image, ‘The Rt. Honble. George Lord Anson.’ (Updated May 2019.)
