A Greenwich Pensioner (uniform)
Plate 7 from a so-far unidentified series showing a Greenwich Pensioner seated to right on a stone parapet wall with a (rather crudely drawn) warship anchored in a calm behind. He wears the Hospital 18th-century uniform of blue coat breeches and stockings and a cocked hat, has lost his lower left arm and walks with a crutch just visible beneath it.
