Thames Peter Boat
Bound in pamphlet with PAF5143-PAF5144, PAF5146. A fine study of a very similar upstream Peter boat by Varley, dated 1809, was illustrated in 'Apollo' (January 2010, p.22) as among drawings in the Charles Ryskamp collection about to be exhibited at the Yale Center for British Art.[PvdM]
