'The Bishop and Memories of the Blue Riband' appears to be the artist's title. The painting has been signed by him 'Hugh E. Ridge', lower right, in dark toned paint and brush. The 'Bishop' is the Bishop Rock Lighthouse off the coast of Cornwall, probably shown here with the Trinity House tender 'Patricia' first left and what may be the 'Mauretania' of 1907 heading westward in stern view far left.
