An English ship drying sails
An English ship drying sails, a near port broadside view of a two-decker before the wind under fore course, topsails and spritsail. The main course is being hauled up; the main topgallant is loosed on the cap.
This is a rapid and rather inaccurate drawing which might be by the Elder; but the signature in brown ink is the Younger’s.
