Operations in the Canton River. 4. One Division of the Troops having been sent to attack the Forts on the Islands, North and South of Wantong, the other Division is landed and takes possession of the Annanghoy Batteries

While the troops attacked the Bocca Tigris, one division was sent to attack the forts of North and South of Wangtong Island, the other division was landed and took the Annanghoy batteries. They controlled the Bocca Tigris very quickly.
