Portrait of a Dutch frigate

A Dutch frigate viewed from the port quarter. On the tafferel there is what may be a seated draped figure with one leg crossed over the other. On the rail above is a coat of arms charged with a cross.

A poor drawing, possibly an offset, but not rubbed on the back.
