Portrait of a Dutch frigate
A Dutch frigate viewed from the starboard bow. There is a coat of arms between two dolphins on the taffrail. It is possibly the same ship as PAJ2524.
One of ten offsets from accurate originals only slight touched with pencil. The drawing is very approximately dated by the style. In the British Museum (B. 57 CM. 73) there is a stronger offset from the same original.
