A Royal Visit to a three-decker at Portsmouth (?), c.1790

Heightened with white. This drawing has been linked to the royal review at Spithead on 27 July 1791, but the topography suggests it is some other royal visit and whether it is Portsmouth also needs to be confirmed. The three-decker at centre is hoisting the Royal Standard as the King (George III) goes on board. [PvdM amended 5/23]
