S.S. Guardiana, S.S. Tejo, S.S. Faro... built by the Thames Iron Works... 1878...
Signed by artist and dated in plate. The screw steam vessels 'Guardiana', 'Tejo' and 'Faro', destined for the Portuguese Customs Service, were all built at the Thames Ironworks in Blackwall in 1878.
