'The Forsaken'
'The foresaken', by A. Fox, after T. Harper. This print relates to a story of the same name published in the literary album 'Friendship's Offering' edited by William Henry Harrison. A young lady in a sumptuous low cut gown and hat with a feather sits with her head turned to her right holding a flower up to her breast in her left hand. The walls behind her are bare except from some draped cloth across the left hand side of the picture.
