Extravagance and Dissipation (caricature)
A man at home in a genteel house, who has been out eating and drinking to excess. He is holding his head in hand. His wife in contrast is dressed in white, and has been reading a book. She has a watch pinned to her dress. A maid holds a tired and sleeping baby in her arms, as if reminding him of his repsonsibilities.
