Steam Ship 'Viceroy', 2225 Tons, 240 H.P. J. H. Taylor Commander
Print entitled 'Steam Ship "Viceroy", 2225 Tons, 240 H.P. J H Taylor Commander'. A lithograph on a stout paper/card support and titled as above, showing the iron screw steamer 'Viceroy', of 2477 registed tons (Lloyd's) which was built by R. & H.Green in London in 1871 for their own Blackwall line voyages to India. She was 318.8 ft overall by 37.6 beam by 27.7 depth in hold. J. H. Taylor was her first master and she is shown here at sea, under auxiliary sail flying the Green's house flag at the main.
