Coloured lithograph inscribed "The Naval Review Her Majesty the Queen Reviewing the Fleet at Spithead April 23rd 1856. The line of Battle Ships Rounding the Pivot Ships. From the original drawing in the collection of Her Majesty The Queen, to whom this print is by permission..." the bottom part of the inscription is missing as the page has been cut here. Flagship Duke of Wellington is shown a little to the right of the centre of the picture, her rigging crowded with sailors waving at observers in small boats in the foreground. The Hecla is in the centre right of the picture. The Victoria and Albert is on the left of the picture (port-side view).
