Ship's badge HMS Nereide 1944. Official design. The field blue, in water (barry wavy of six white and blue) a dolphin proper on his back a Nereide white. 'NEREIDE' in name tablet. Circular shape within gold rope twist border, naval crown above. Colours possibly differ from Admiralty Ships' Badges Committee description. Reverse in white paint 'Nereide D44B CL8 2285 M61569 10.1.59'.
