View of Terchelling 1665?
A drawing made on a piece of paper cut off a much larger sheet: the masthead and sprit of a vessel are visible on the right. It shows a view from the west of the island of Terschelling, off the coast of Friesland. In the centre is the tower of Brandaris, with a beacon to the left, and the harbour of West Terschelling in the right distance. Robinson’s date of about 1665 is very approximate and based only on style.
