Signalling lamp 'B' pattern, in a fitted wooden carrying box. A black tin lamp with a large bullseye lens, collapsable handle, various sliding panels, shutter knob on top of lamp. In a fitted box with 3 spare glasses, wick holder etc. Leather handle and slots for carrying strap. Diagram on paper on one side showing method of carrying. On brass plate on lamp 'Siemens Brothers & Co. Limited London 5070. 1908'. Box labelled on top 'Lamp signalling B. Siemens London 1913. No. 8153'. Inside lid of box 'Directions for trimming and lighting lamp signalling B'.
