Wine glass
Wine glass with a thistle bowl and an air twist stem with a flattened knop and a plain, conical foot with a pontil mark. It is wheel-engraved with a bust portrait facing left and a warship proceeding right to left. It is inscribed: 'Cmr. John Bate'. The engraving probably later than the wine glass.
