Cordial with a pointed round funnel bowl, a white opaque twist stem (two outer thick threads one inner thread) and a plain conical foot with a pontil mark. Engraved in diamond point with a warship, the inscription: 'Success to the Britishe Fleet' and the initials 'W over S + H' within a wreath. The engraving is crudely executed.
