Goblet
A large goblet with a bucket bowl, a ball knop stem enclosing a 4d piece of 1840, and a plain foot. It is wheel engraved with a topsail schooner in an oval frame. On the other side, within a wreath of palm branches flanked by bunches of grapes, is the diamond point inscription: 'Thos Martin a Present from Thos Wymark 1853'. By an unidentified East Coast engraver.
