Rummer

Rummer with an ovoid bowl and knopped stem with a collar and a terraced foot with a pontil mark.. It is wheel-engraved with an image of Nelson's funeral car, inscribed on the stern: 'VICTORY', on the side: 'NILE' and on the canopy: 'TRAFALGAR' . On the other side within a wreath: 'IN . MEMORY OF . LORD NELSON JANY. 9 1806'. This was the date of Nelson's state funeral.
