H.M.S. 'Crossbow' cap ribbon
A cap ribbon that was worn on the destroyer 'H.M.S. Crossbow', belonging to P O S J E Winter, RNR. Black silk? ribbon. the words "H.M.S. CROSSBOW" woven in with gold metal alloy. There is some slight staining on the stitch marks round the lettering. There is also tarnishing to the metal thread.
