First Class Lounge on the 'Orama' (1911)

The main public rooms on the 'Orama' were designed by the architect Robert Whyte (1873-1949). The First Class Lounge was decorated in the Neoclassical style with dull polished mahogany panelling. The carving and plastering work was carried out by the Bromsgrove Guild of Applied Arts.
