Second Class Dining Saloon on the 'Orama' (1911)
Interior of the passenger liner 'Orama' (1911) showing the Second Class Dining Saloon, on the Upper Deck; a view of the port side, looking forward. The electric punkahs (large fans consisting of a frame covered with canvas) fitted above the tables are visible. The swivel chairs were bolted to the floor to avoid movement during rough weather.
