Second Class stateroom on the 'Highland Piper' (1911)
Cabin interior on the passenger/cargo liner 'Highland Piper' (1911) showing a two berth stateroom in Second Class accommodation, at the after end of the Upper Deck.
This photograph appears to have been taken using only the natural light entering through the porthole. The riveted hull and deck plating can clearly be seen. Bedford Lemere & Co daybooks suggest that this may in fact be the sistership 'Highland Scot' (1910).
