Cap badge, Royal Naval uniform: pattern 1901

A cap badge on a black cap band that was worn by Royal Naval uniforms. It consists of a badge with a gold and red crown on top a fouled anchor in the middle that is surrounding by a gold wreath. The badge is attached to a black capband. It is believed this cap badge was part of the Duke of Windsor's (Edward VIII)'s uniform.
