Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger/cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with a light brown boot topping along the waterline. The upperworks, accommodation and decks are all painted a creamy white. The foredeck is fitted with a large single rigged mast at the base of which are four lifeboats in davits on a raised deck, together with four smaller cargo masts with derricks, all of which are serving three grey covered cargo hatches. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with five pairs of lifeboats rigged to davits either side of a tall, circular funnel painted black with a large red band towards the top. Surrounding the funnel are four large black engine room ventilator cowlings and four smaller ventilator cowlings surrounding a deck skylight, all of which are painted a creamy white. At the stern, there is another large single mast, together with four smaller cargo masts and derricks serving two small grey covered cargo hatches. There are also six lifeboats rigged in davits, four on a raised deck at the base of the mast and two on the quarter deck over the stern. The number "137" is written on the underside of the hull.
