Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger/cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with red boot topping divided along the waterline divided by a thin white line. The upperworks, accommodation and decks are all painted a creamy white. The foredeck is fitted with a large single rigged mast, together with two smaller cargo masts all of which are rigged with derricks and serve three grey covered cargo hatches. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with five pairs of lifeboats rigged to davits either side of a oval-shaped funnel painted black overall. Surrounding the funnel are four large black engine room ventilator cowlings and two smaller ventilator cowlings surrounding a deck skylight, all of which are painted a creamy white. At the stern, there is another large single mast rigged with four cargo derricks all serving two small grey covered cargo hatches. The after deck is fitted with an accommodation block with a light brown roof and a bridge platform aft overhanging the stern athwart ships. The number "170" is written on the underside of the hull.
