Passenger vessel; Liner

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger liner. The hull is painted black with a brick red boot topping along the waterline and a thin yellow line at deck level. The upperworks, accommodation superstructure and decks are painted a creamy white. The forward deck is fitted with a large single mast rigged with a pair of derricks and a pair of cargo cranes, all of which serve four grey covered cargo hatches. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with seven pairs of lifeboats rigged to davits, some of which are double-banked, either side of a pair of squat and raking, oval-shaped funnels, painted a buff yellow with black tops. At the stern, there is a single mast and two pairs of cargo cranes rigged with derricks serving four grey covered cargo hatches. On the same deck level, the next deck aft and the raised poop is fitted with four pairs of lifeboats rigged in davits, the after pair are either side of an accommodation block. The number "18" is written on the underside of the hull.
