Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger / cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with light brown boot topping along the waterline and a thin white line at deck level. The upperworks, accommodation superstructure and most of the decks are painted a creamy white, with the two well decks finished in a dark grey. The split-level forward deck is fitted with a large single mast rigged with two pairs of derricks and a pair of cargo cranes, all of which serve three grey covered cargo hatches. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with six pairs of lifeboats rigged to davits either side of a tall oval-shaped funnel, painted pinkish red with a black top. There is also an assortment of ventilator cowlings, deckhouses, cargo cranes, a pair of cargo hatches and two masts fitted to the boatdeck. At the stern, there is a single mast rigged with three derricks serving a grey covered cargo hatch. There is a raised boat deck fitted with a pair of lifeboats rigged in davits, either side of an accommodation block, and a raised poop deck with bridge wings over the stern. The number "73" is written on the underside of the hull.
