Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger / cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with light brown boot topping along the waterline. The upperworks, accommodation superstructure and decks are painted white and a creamy white. The split-level forward deck is fitted with a large single mast rigged with two pairs of derricks, a pair of cargo cranes, all of which serve three grey covered cargo hatches. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with six pairs of lifeboats, some double-banked, rigged to davits either side of a pair of slightly raking and tall circular funnels, painted buff yellow with two thin blue stripes towards the tops. There are four pairs of large engine room ventilator cowlings painted creamy white and two large cylindrical water tanks towards the stern on the boat deck. At the stern, there is a single mast rigged with two pairs of derricks serving three grey covered cargo hatches. There is a raised poop deck fitted with a pair of double-banked lifeboats rigged in davits, just forward of a small deckhouse. The number "162" is written on the underside of the hull.
