Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger/cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with a fine white stripe at main deck level running the entire length of the vessel. The decks and superstructure are painted a uniform off-white and the cargo hatch covers are mid-grey. The forecastle has anchor cable-handling gear and a wave deflector. The forward cargo deck has two hatches served by a pair of derricks rigged to a foremast positioned between them. The forward section of the main promenade deck has a single hatch served by a pair of derricks aft.

The main superstructure is positioned amidships incorporating two promenade decks, one above the other. The forward elevation consists of two open decks with an open bridge deck atop. The bridge deck is extends forward of the main superstructure and seems to be partly supported by the two derrick pillars positioned directly forward of it. The boat deck accommodates five pairs of lifeboats, on port and starboard sides, painted white, and stowed on davits. Between the boats, on A deck, is a single tall funnel, painted black with white and red alternating horizontal stripes. Nested around the funnel are a total of eight ventilators, all painted black.

The aft cargo deck has two hatches served by a pair of derricks positioned hard against the rear elevation of the superstructure, and by the forward pair, of two pairs, of derricks that are rigged to the mainmast located on the aft deck. There is a further hatch aft of the mainmast. A raised poop deck at the stern accommodates two pairs of lifeboats stowed on davits.

On base of model: "117".
