Presented to Lt. Cdr. C.J .F. Eddis RN, HMS 'Pigeon'. Obverse: A sinking ship, crossed flags (stars and stripes and Union Flag) and a torpedo above. Inscription: 'TUSCANIA SURVIVORS ASSN'. Reverse, inscription: 'IN RECOGNITION OF VALOR SHOWN BY COMMANDER AND CREW OF PIGEON IN RESCUE OF U.S.A.TROOPS FEB.5.1918.' Oblong in "gold" metal. Suspended by a loop from a small piece of royal blue satin ribbon with a brooch pin attached. In white presentation box.
