Passenger vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger vessel. The hull is painted white with green at the waterline and a fine blue stripe at main deck level running the entire length of the hull. The decks are painted a sand yellow colour. The long foredeck has no forecastle and fittings include a wave deflector, three small cargo hatch covers, and a tall derrick mast. The low superstructure occupies most of the rest of the ship, the front elevation of which is stepped, or tiered, culminating in the bridge with flanking bridge wings and open pilot house. The boat deck accommodates a total of sixteen lifeboats - eight on each of the port and starboard sides - stowed on davits. The second set of boats are double-banked. Between the lifeboats, there are two funnels, painted corn yellow. Clustered around each funnel are four ventilators, painted the same colour as the funnels, and with red inlets. Between the funnels is a large skylight, the frame of which is painted white. A raised boat deck towards the stern accommodates a further four boats, in the middle of which is a derrick mast that serves two small hatches fore and aft of the raised deck. Below the main promenade deck, at the stern, is an open shelter deck.

On base of model: "93".
