Passenger vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger vessel. The hull is painted black with light brown boot topping along the waterline. The upperworks, accommodation superstructure and decks are painted a creamy white. The split-level forward deck is fitted with a large single mast rigged with five derricks serving two grey covered cargo hatches. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with seven pairs of lifeboats double-banked and rigged to davits, either side of a pair of tall oval-shaped funnels, painted a light yellow with a green band at the top. There are three pairs of large engine room ventilator cowlings, painted a light yellow, surrounding the base of the funnels, and three smaller ventilators, light brown in colour, around a large skylight towards the stern on the boat deck. At the stern, there is a tall mast together with a pair of tall thin ventilators just forward of a decked accommodation block, on top of which is fitted four lifeboats rigged in davits. There is also a raised poop deck fitted with four lifeboats rigged in davits. The number "51" is written on the underside of the hull.
