Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger vessel. The hull is painted black with brick red at the waterline and white bulwarks. The decks are painted a uniform pale buff with light grey cargo hatch covers. The foredeck includes anchor winch gear, wave deflector, and two hatches served by a derrick foremast. The long, low superstructure has a promenade running most of its length. The forward elevation is convex with an enclosed bridge house atop, flanked by open bridge wings that terminate in a pair of navigation light cabins. There is a small, open, semi-circular look-out on the upper deck.

The boat deck has six pairs of lifeboats stowed on davits, on port and starboard sides, with gaps between the first and second, and fifth and sixth pairs. Between these two gaps are two small hatches flanked by two pairs of cranes. A third hatch is located at the forward end of the boat deck, flanked by a pair of cranes. There is a mainmast forward of the rearmost hatch. Roughly in the middle of the boat deck a raised section supports the single funnel which is painted buff with a black top. There are a pair of cranes at the aft end of this section. A shelter deck beneath the promenade deck extends to the stern, above which is a single hatch served by a pair of cranes.

On base of model: "168".
