The forward cargo deck has a single large hatch served by a derrick mounted on the foredeck and the midship cargo deck also has two hatches with a derrick between them. The superstructure is positioned at the stern and incorporates three lifeboats on davits, two ventilators, a radio mast and a single funnel, painted black with a white chevron on either side.
