Cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a cargo vessel. The hull is painted blue-grey with brick red at the waterline, and the decks are a uniform brown with pale grey cargo hatch covers. A heavy-lift crane is mounted to the base of a tower, or mast, which is positioned on the foredeck. The uninterrupted main deck has two large, identical cargo hatches and set between them is a pair of heavy-lift cranes, mounted fore and aft on an elevating platform. The platform can be raised or lowered on a mast, or tower, that passes through it. A fourth crane is mounted to the front vertical facade of the superstructure.

The superstructure is painted the same colour as the hatch covers. The wide bridge section is flanked by a pair of bridge wings. An elaborate radar and radio mast is mounted atop the bridge. The single funnel is positioned to the rear of the upper deck. It is rectangular in section, swept back, painted red with a black top and carries a shipping company logo in blue on a white ground. On base of model "508" (or "503").
