Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger / cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with light brown boot topping along the waterline, separated by a thin white line and there is also a thin white line at deck level. The upperworks, accommodation superstructure and decks are painted a creamy white. The split-level forward deck is fitted with a large single mast rigged with a derrick (missing), and a grey covered cargo hatch. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with five pairs of lifeboats rigged to davits either side of a single swat slightly raking, oval-shaped funnel, buff yellow with a black top. There are two large deck houses just aft of the funnel, towards the end of the boat deck. At the stern, there is a single mast rigged with a derrick (missing), serving a single grey covered cargo hatch. There is a raised poop deck, finished in a natural wood colour which is fitted with a small deckhouse, surrounded by ten wooden life rafts. The number "435" is written on the underside of the hull.
