Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger / cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with an olive-green boot topping along the waterline. The upperworks, accommodation superstructure and decks are painted a creamy white. The split-level forward deck is fitted with a large single mast rigged with two pairs of derricks, a pair of cargo cranes, all of which serve two buff yellow, and one grey covered cargo hatches. The mast is located on top of a raised boat deck which is fitted with a pair of double-banked lifeboats rigged in davits. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with six pairs of lifeboats rigged to davits either side of two tall and slightly raking oval-shaped funnels, painted a buff yellow overall. There are three pairs of large engine room ventilator cowlings around the base of the funnels and another pair just aft of a large skylight towards the stern on the boat deck. Between the bridge and the forward funnel is a grey covered cargo hatch served by two small cargo cranes. At the stern, there is a single mast rigged with two pairs of derricks, a pair of smaller cargo cranes, all of which serve two grey covered cargo hatches. Either side of the mast are lifeboats rigged in davits. There is a raised poop deck fitted with a pair of double-banked lifeboats rigged in davits, either side of a deckhouse. The number "146" is written on the underside of the hull.
